Travel for 2024

All of our packages include 30 miles worth of travel (15 miles to your preparation location and 15 miles back to the lead artist base location) subject to more details if there are more than one preparation locations. 

All of our packages include 90 minutes/1hr 30 minutes worth of travel time (45 minutes to your preparation location and 45 mins back to the lead artist base location) subject to more details if there are more than one preparation locations.

All of our packages include ONE preparation location.

Additional or multiple preparation locations will be invoiced based on the extra time & mileage that is required & will incur a £30 fee per relocation of preparation location.

Any additional mileage after the included 30 miles are charged at 0.60 pence per mile.

Any additional travel time after the included 90 minutes/1hr 30 minutes is charged as follows

£12.50 per additional 30 minutes, £25 per additional 60 minutes.

London weddings will incur an additional surcharge of £120

Any other additional expenses such as congestion charges,  environmental charges, tolls or parking charges need to be covered by the client.  

Timings

Sunday is one of the most popular days for a weddings. We are happy to take wedding bookings on Sundays and bank holidays. In fact, Sundays are now as popular as Saturdays. Jewish, Asian and Greek weddings are normally on Sundays, and we don’t feel it is fair to charge different rates to brides of different cultures or religions. Therefore there is no additional charges for booking on these particular days. 

We do not work Christmas Day and there is a surcharge for weddings booked between December 24th - December 31st & January 1st. 

* Weddings between Christmas Eve & New Year’s Day will incur an additional surcharge of £120

EARLY STARTS 

If your timeline/mornings schedule requires us to depart our studio prior 5 am, we do require an unsociable hours fee of £50 per artist, per hour or you may wish to book an additional assistant to accommodate your party, timeline or accommodation for your artists. 

ADDITIONAL ASSISTANT 

If you have a large bridal party or you would like your bridal party to be ready in a short amount of time, We may need an additional artist to which will incur an additional cost. Please let us all of know your timings , exact numbers via our bridal form so we can advise you Additional bridal by team assistant (for weddings with time restrictions) £150

There is a package for everyone. Our packages are worked out on approximate timings per person, per service and the number of assistants needed to complete the booking. They jump up in numbers due to needing more assistants. Hair & makeup services take a similar amount of time, therefore, services can be swapped. 

Diamond packages we are flexible for your bridal party members and the services they have, for example if you have the equivalent to 6 services you could have 4 hair and 2 make up for bridal party members - ask for more details *** 

It takes approximately between 45 minutes to 60 minutes per service per bridal party member or between 60 minutes to 90 minutes per service for the bride so our guide total application time per package is all of this time added together, we would then spilt this time between the artists in the package- for example a Diamond Eternity is 13 hours worth of service applications time split between 3 artists - so we would start approximately 4 hrs and 30 minutes before your ceremony- subject to details - (this does not include set up, touch up time or pack away time )

ACCOMMODATION 2024

If the artist(s) attendance at your event necessitates an overnight stay, related accommodation costs and basic subsistence should be covered by the client prior or will be charged back to you up to a reasonable limit of approximately £120 per night.

PEAK SEASON MINIMUM NUMBERS

The brides we do help, we must operate fairly to both parties on a first come first basis. Demand for our services means we're normally booked every Friday-Sunday, regrettably unable to accommodate all the bridal enquiries we receive. Therefore, to be able to provide our services exclusively, we have to have a minimum number required for Friday to Sunday bookings - the beginning of February- through to the end of October and the whole month of December.  A non-refundable, non-transferable £80 deposit (make up only / hair only bookings ) & £100 deposit (makeup & hair bookings) that provisionally holds your wedding date exclusively for you With Our Senior Artists, A non-refundable, non transferable £95 deposit (make up only / hair only bookings ) & £120 deposit (makeup & hair bookings) for Ruth /Lian.
