TRAVEL 

Travel for 2027

All of our packages include 30 miles worth of travel

(15 miles to your preparation location and 15 miles back to the lead artist base location)

subject to more details if there are more than one preparation locations. 

All of our packages include 90 minutes/1hr 30 minutes worth of travel time

(45 minutes to your preparation location and 45 mins back to the lead artist base location)

subject to more details if there are more than one preparation locations.

All of our packages include ONE preparation location.

Additional or multiple preparation locations will be invoiced based on the extra time & mileage that is required & will incur a Additional Location fee £40

Any additional mileage after the included 30 miles are charged at 0.60 pence per mile.

Any additional travel time after the included 90 minutes/1hr 30 minutes is charged as follows

£15 per additional 30 minutes,

£30 per additional 60 minutes.

London weddings will incur an additional surcharge of £150

Any other additional expenses such as congestion charges, 

environmental charges, tolls or parking charges need to be covered by the client.  

ACCOMMODATION

If the artist(s) attendance at your event requires an overnight stay, related accommodation costs and basic subsistence should be covered by the client prior or will be charged back to you up to a reasonable limit of approximately £150 per night.

PEAK SEASON MINIMUM NUMBERS

We must operate fairly to all parties on a first come first serve basis.

Demand for our services means we're normally booked every Friday-Sunday, regrettably unable to accommodate all the bridal enquiries we receive. Therefore, to be able to provide our services exclusively, we have to have a minimum number required for Friday to Sunday bookings - February -through to the end of October and the whole month of December. Most popular professional bridal makeup artists & hairstylists, who freelance and travel out of salon & studio, will also have a similar policy. contact us for more info.

OTHER INFO

Our packages are worked out on approximate timings per person, per service and the number of supporting artists needed to complete the booking in time, after many years of creating wedding morning timelines we have set up the 2027 packages to give you the best experience.

For hair and make up packages the services for your bridal party members are flexible. For example if your looking at the Elite Hair and Makeup package then there are 3 hours allocated for the brides hair and make up and 13 services for the bridal party so there could be 11 make up services and 2 hair services, or 6 hair services and 7 make ups, 4 make ups and 9 hairs etc so in total it will add up to approximately 16 hours of total time for your wedding morning timeline.

In some cases there may be add on services required for your numbers but just bare in. mind this may also mean that you will want an additional supporting artist to help the timeline.

WEDDING DATES AROUND CHRISTMAS

We do not work Christmas Day

* Weddings between Christmas Eve (24TH DECEMBER ) & New Year’s Day (1ST JANUARY) will incur an additional surcharge of £150

EARLY STARTS

If your timeline/mornings schedule requires us to depart our studio prior 5 am, we do require an unsociable hours fee of £60 per artist, per hour or you may wish to book an additional assistant to accommodate your party, timeline or accommodation for your artists. 

ADDITIONAL supporting artists. 

If you have a large bridal party or you would like your bridal party to be ready in a shorter amount of time, or if your venue has access restrictions or time restrictions, you may need an additional supporting artist.

Please ensure you inform your artist of your timings , exact numbers and details so we can advise what is best for your mornings timeline.
