What is included in my bridal hair and makeup experience?
Your investment includes far more than the finished look. Every Experience includes professional artistry from your chosen artist, personalised planning, luxury professional products and kit, travel (30miles), on-location service, a coordinated wedding-morning schedule and dedicated client support throughout your journey.
Each of our experiences include a bridal preview appointment. It’s your opportunity to explore, refine and approve your wedding look ahead of the day, so you can arrive at your wedding morning knowing exactly what to expect.
You also have the reassurance of an experienced, insured and agency-backed team, with contingency support should the unexpected happen.
Is bridal hair and makeup really worth the investment?
For many of our brides, absolutely.
Your hair and makeup will be present in almost every photograph and throughout some of the most meaningful moments of your day. But the investment is about more than how you look — it’s also about having an experienced professional who knows how to make you feel confident, cared for and calm throughout your morning.
Beautiful artistry matters. So does how you feel while it’s happening.
When should I book my bridal hair and makeup?
Earlier than you might think.
Our lead artists accept a limited number of weddings each year, and we only book one wedding per artist per day. Once secured, your chosen artist’s time is exclusively yours.
We accept UK bookings up to 18 months ahead and destination bookings up to 24 months ahead.
If your date and venue are confirmed, we recommend enquiring as soon as possible. Popular Saturdays and sought-after dates are often secured first.
What happens after I’ve submitted my wedding enquiry?
Once your enquiry arrives, we check availability for your date and prepare your personalised proposal.
We’ll show you the available artists so you can explore their work and choose who feels right for you, rather than simply being assigned someone.
Once you’ve made your choice, we’ll guide you through the next steps to secure your date.
How do I secure my wedding date?
Your date is secured once we have received both your signed contract and Retainer.
Until both are complete, your date remains available to other enquiries.
Once secured, your chosen artist and agreed Experience are reserved exclusively for your wedding.
What happens if my first-choice artist is unavailable?
We’ll always be completely upfront about availability at enquiry stage.
If your first-choice artist is unavailable, we’ll show you the other artists available for your date and help you find someone whose artistry and style feel right for you.
Our team is carefully selected by our founders, so whichever artist you choose, you’ll receive the same high level of professionalism and care.
I’m not sure which Experience or how many artists I need. What should I do?
Don’t worry — you don’t need every detail decided before you book.
When you enquire, give us your best estimate of your bridal party size, services and timings. We’ll recommend the Experience that makes the most sense for your plans.
Your final numbers and services are confirmed at your Preview, typically 4–6 months before your wedding, giving you room for your plans to evolve.
Do you offer bespoke Experiences?
Yes. Bespoke Experiences are one of our specialities.
If your wedding has unusual timings, a larger bridal party, multiple preparation locations or specific requirements that don’t fit neatly into one of our Experiences, we’ll build a solution around your day.
Luxury shouldn’t mean choosing from a box. Your experience should work around you.
Will I have to get up really early?
Not necessarily.
If you have a large bridal party, an early ceremony or restricted access to your preparation space, adding support artists can keep everything moving without rushing anyone.
More artists can mean less time in the chair, a later start and a calmer morning — allowing you to enjoy the experience rather than watching the clock.
What happens if I need to change something after booking?
We understand that wedding plans can change.
If your numbers, preparation location, timings or services change, simply let us know as early as possible. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your plans, subject to availability.
Any agreed changes are clearly reflected in your final invoice. Because artists are reserved specifically for your date, reductions in previously confirmed services may remain chargeable.
How does payment work?
Your investment is divided into three simple stages:
20% Retainer — paid when booking to secure your date and deducted from your total.
50% of your remaining balance — invoiced following your Preview, typically 4–6 months before your wedding.
Final balance — invoiced approximately one month before your wedding and due no later than 14 days before your date.
If your requirements change, any agreed additional costs are clearly included in your final invoice.
