“My favourite part of being a bridal hair and makeup artist is that I don't simply get to create the look — I get to be part of the story.

I love meeting a bride at her trial, hearing all about her plans, her dress, her venue and the little details she's been dreaming about, and then watching everything come together on the morning of her wedding.

There is something incredibly special about being there during those final hours. The excitement, the nerves, the laughter, the champagne, the people she loves most around her — and then that moment when everything goes quiet and she sees herself as a bride for the very first time.

That reaction will never get old.
