Libby began her journey into makeup artistry by completing a HND foundation degree in makeup, media and costume in Worcester, where she first met RUTH! 

She then moved to London where she worked for MAC cosmetics for 5 years. Glow Ups ‘Dominic Skinner’ was a trainer whilst she was working in London for MAC and she picked up lots of tips and tricks from him. She completed her training in makeup artistry in 30, makeup artistry in 60 and also Makeup lessons. This also included makeup for London fashion shows, photoshoots and pop-up events in the central London stores. 

Then she went on to work for Charlotte Tilbury for 5 years. Whilst working for Charlotte Tilbury she became a Lead Artist of her store. This role included training other artists, putting on Masterclasses and being an expert in her job in all aspects. She became a fully certified artist in mini makeups, full makeups, 1-1 makeup lessons and Masterclasses. She often travelled to London for Lead Artist training with Charlotte’s Senior Artists at the Head Office, perfecting Charlottes 10 iconic looks. She also had the opportunity to do Meg Mathews makeup whilst working for tilbury for her photoshoot launch of her book. Charlotte Tilbury is her makeup of choice for soft glam bridal looks!
